So many times my e-mails are about not only what's happening in the shop but all about my family...when Rick got married and Abby graduated from college and many other happy occasions. And as we all know life is not always fair and throws us a curve ball along the way. My sister, Jane's husband Rick died yesterday after suffering a massive heart attack on Wednesday and another yesterday. His funeral service will be held on Thursday this week. Jeanne and I have decided to change Quilt Club to next Thursday, Dec 6th at the same time as always. Mary Ann and Kathie will keep the lights on, the door open and the coffee going while I'm with my sister and her family. If you know of anyone that comes to Quilt Club and they don't get my e-mails will you please spread the word! Thank you!
